(In view that we have transformed into an online store, it takes time to send games to customer, it also takes time for customers to send back, we have changed the sell back peroid to 20 days and 70 days, from previous 2 weeks and 2 months. This change takes immediate effect from 10th May 2011.)
Games that bought from us can be sold back to us, if the customer no longer wants to play it:
1. If the game is sold back within 20 days from the date of purchase, we will guarantee to take it back at 70% of the original purchased price;
2. If the game is sold back within 70 days from the date of purchase, we will garantee to take it back at 50% of the original purchased price.
The only condition is that the game disk, manual, casing and cartridge are well kept without any scratch or damage.
We have introduced a grade system to monitor CD and DVD's disk condition:
Grade 1: perfect condition without any scratches / marks;
Grade 2: disk has a few tiny to small scratches;
Grade 3: disk has more than 10 small scratches or one to two long and obvious scratches;
Grade 4: disk has many small scratches all over the surface or disk has more than 5 long and obvious scratches.
To enjoy our high buy-back price, the CDs or DVDs shall be sold back in same grade.

For the customers who hold their games more than 2 month, we are willing to take your games back. Please refer to our trade-in value page for details.

Customers who sell their games back within 2 months can choose to have cash back; after 2 month they will get paid in the form of store credit.
