We use service from Singapore Post Office and courier service provider Ta-q-bin for local shipping.

1.  Nomal post.

Letters and packages drop into any post box will be collected by postman at 5pm.  99% of letters and packages will be delivered on next working days.  Letters are put into receipient's letterbox.

2.  AM post.

This is a pre paid service by singpost.  Singpost provides a strong A4 size envelope with consignment note.  If an AM post package is dropped into post box before 5pm, it will be delivered before 11am on the next working day.  This is a time defined service. 

We will only use AM letterbox service.  Package will be dropped into receipient's letterbox before 11am on next working day.

3.  Register Post.

Sender needs to visit post office to send the articles as registered.  Receipents need to be present to receive and signed the delivery note during office hours.  This option is time consuming for both receipients and sender.  We use it for only special occasion.

4.  Singpost Smartpac.

This is a convenient package delivery service by Singpost. 

A box of dimensions 300mm X 190mm X 70mm shall be purchased from Singpost counter.  Sender can put in large items, like shoes, phones, T-shirts, which can't fit into an envelope.  Sender need to fill up consignment note and paste the note on top of the box.  The Smartpac package shall be dropped at any post office Bulk Posting Box.  (Normal street post box can't take in the Smartpac.  The size of the Smartpac box is too big.)  Postman will attemp to deliver at door step.  If no one is present to receive it, postman will deliver to receiptient's letterbox.

5.  Courier Service.

Courier usually ships within 24 hours.  Receipients need to be present to receive item and sign. 

There are two reliable courier service providers on market, Singpost and Ta-q-bin.  We choose Ta-q-bin service because this provider delivers in evening and weekend.  Ta-q-bin also supports package tracking and re-delivery.

Shipping Standard For SilveryNote to Send to Customers

We ship normal packaged games to customer free, if customer agrees on the following standard:

1.  For purchase value of $50 and below, normal post.

2.  For purchase value of $50 to $99, AM post.

3.  For purchase value of $100 above, courier service by Ta-q-bin.

4.  For games of non-standard package, or for accessories,  we will decide the shipping method upon actual condition.  Customers may need to pay part of the shipping cost.  We will list clearly shipping cost on invoice before customer makes payment.

How to ship back to SilveryNote

We provide self-addressed envelopes and proper cushion materials for customer to send games back to silverynote.  Customer does not need to visit post office.  No stamp is required.

1.  When we send your purchased games to you, a self address envelope and a bubble bag are enclosed in the package.

2.  When customer need to send game back, please put your game into the bubble bag.

4.  On the reverse side of the envelope, a barcode is printed.  This barcode has your customer ID and transaction ID.  When we receive your package, we will know who send out the package and which transaction it is from.  our system will calculate correctly how much would be your trade in value.

You can also use this envelope to send games from previous transaction, or games from other sources.  When we read back your customer ID from the barcode, we can access your buying history and calculated correctly the trade in values.

5.  Seal the package.

6.  Drop into any post box. 

7.  The package takes 2 working days to reach us.  A SMS notification will be sent to you when package is scanned into our system.

Frequently Asked Questions regards shipping:

1. Do I need to be present to receive your package?

You only need to be present when we ship to you through courier service. We use courier service when your purchased value is higher than $100 or when the item you purchased can't fit into an envelope. If we ship through courier, we will confirm with you the time slot that is convenient for you to receive the goods. Therefore, you only needed to be presented when we explicitly confirmed the time slot with you. For all other cases, the package is to be collected from your letterbox.

2. What shall I do if I don't receive my package?

For normal post, Singpost normally deliver on next working day. However, we have seen cases that a normal post get delivered 5 working days after posted out. We had shipped through normal post for more than 4 years. We experience only one lost package so far. It is a low cost and reliable service. Therefore, if you don't get your package within 2 working days, be patient and wait a few more days. However, if you don't receive a package after 7 calender days, please contact us through either email or phone call.

For AM post and courier service, please contact us immediately if package does not get delivered within specified time. For these two shipping mode, we can track the package with tracking number.

3. Will my games get damaged during shipping?

We use bubble bags and protective materials for shipping. The chances of damage is very little. When you ship games back to us, we strongly suggest you to re-use the bubble bag.

4. How do I know if you have received my games?

A SMS notification will be sent to you automatically when your game is scanned into our system. Your package usually takes 2 days to reach us.
